I now have the confidence to step outside of my comfort zone and speak Italian whenever I can. The skills that Giulia has taught me provided the perfect foundations for my 4 week vacation to Italy last year and allowed me to be fully immersed in the language and culture. Giulia’s pride and passion for Italy and the language shines through in all of her lessons. She genuinely cares about your learning and creates a safe environment for you to practice, no matter what level you are.

I feel certain I am one of the many happy students who has been studying Italian with Giulia. She is a very professional, passionate, creative and fun Italian tutor. Her lessons are varied from role plays to games and very well structured at each individual’s pace. I always look forward to each lesson. If you have every wanted to learn this romantic and beautiful language, Giulia is surely one tutor I would recommend highly. Giulia has a unique teaching method even for someone like myself who needs that little bit more patience and coaching.

I’ve been learning Italian from Giulia for a couple of years, and I am very happy to have the opportunity to give her an A+ recommendation. As an ex-teacher , I really appreciate her excellent teaching skills and her ability to built relationships with her students. The books she has selected to support the process are both engaging and stimulating. I look forward to Mondays!

Giulia is the most passionate and skilled Italian teacher that you will find; I can’t recommend her enough. I have worked with Giulia for almost three years and have been incredibly happy with my progress. Giulia is extremely organised and reliable. Lessons always start on time, and progress is documented so we can pick up where we left off at the next lesson. My lessons are often customised to topics that are of interest to me which means I never ever get bored. I have found the text and other learning aids used to be fantastic and am always looking forward to my next lesson.

I have been learning Italian with Giulia since 2014. I started from a very basic level but Giulia always kept me motivated and interested in learning. By understanding very well my needs, she helped me to reach a level where it is now possible for me to have a conversation and communicate in different situations. Giulia’s teaching style is probably the best you can find. The material that she uses is modern and allows you to learn and practise a lot. Beside making lessons fun, Giulia is very professional and patient. I am always looking forward to my Italian lessons with her.
Lucie G., Williamstown
I can’t recommend Giulia highly enough. Her lessons strike the perfect balance between fundamentals and practical conversation skills. She’s also a joy to be around. She’s warm, friendly, bright and funny. And she makes a great coffee. I count myself lucky to have found her. Giulia makes learning Italian fun. Her lessons are well planned and thorough, but it’s her teaching methods and enthusiasm that make her such a great tutor. It’s clear she has a passion for the language and it rubs off on you. I can’t recommend her highly enough. I came to Giulia with an overinflated opinion of my Italian. She quickly, but kindly, put me in my place. Giulia is able to teach the fundamentals in a way that is fun and engaging, while also working on practical conversation skills.

5 STAR service. Giulia comes to our home for weekly Italian classes. We are a group of 8 people: our adult children and their partner come together every Tuesday night and we all really enjoy! Giulia is fantastic, organized, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. We all laugh and have fun having a go with our talking. It’s family fun! The lessons are building our confidence in talking, and we’re learning about Italian culture. Hopefully one day we will have a family holiday in Italy and be well prepared from all the enthusiastic and creative classes Giulia provides. Thank you so much Giulia!
